The Rain Flower had many working titles. Being the crisp light wispy fairy goddess mother of all brunch drinks it eventually came to me that i felt as though i was drinking nectar from a beautiful flower in a misty wet rain forest. Some of our guests from Paramount pictures were raving that it was “the best cocktail I ever had” and the one talking had ordered at least 5 of them on a brunch Sunday. Brunch is written all over this drink but it has been a star of all stages, lunch and dinner but really such a perfect cocktail for weddings and showers for sure.
