I can’t think of a better rum for this drink than Gosling’s Dark Rum. And it would be just fine to fill the glass with ginger ale but that wouldn’t be suitable for folks at The Larchmont, where they always do things one better. So of course, we’re going to use ginger beer for this invigorating Dark and Stormy. Smooth with a slight bite of ginger, matched with sweet Gosling’s and just a hush of lemon with a twist.
