This small batch Absinthe is perfect for mixology, mad-scientist style… named “Labyrinth” although it was somewhat of a debate at the Larchmont, during testing phases some thought “Roller coster” to be a suitable title. And what a ride it is, definitely on some twisted ride by Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde. It starts with muddled cucumber, Louched Absinthe, Botanical Gin, Dry Gin, herbal bitters, dash of lime, muddled cucumber, with a touch of mint and thyme. Alot of fire and time has gone into this one.
